are works of love and I make it by hand in small batches to guarantee its freshness and great taste. My passion goes into making this crunchy, buttery toffee/brittle and each package is hand-made and designed for ALL HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL OCCASIONS.
My candy is prepared in my home-based kitchen and is permitted by Nevada County, California (Permit # PR0009999.

Peanut Brittle by Paula
is laden with raw Spanish Peanuts and is melt-in-your mouth light and crunchy, which is the delicate balance between texture and flavor. My husband's grandmother, born in the 1890's, made this original PEANUT BRITTLE recipe and sold it during the Great Depression over 90 years ago. You will find this old fashioned candy a treat for your pallet.
